Ramen was really good. Noodles to chewy perfection. Real Chili pepper sauce. Had a “to go” order but sat inside while waiting and was impressed by the kind, helpful and pleasant character of the hostess who helped me and other patrons customize their orders. They were very accommodating.
Great ramen and decent price. Order the tonkotsu ramen. The tonkotsu is thick and tender and the ramen portion is good. However, the broth is okay, flavor is fine but not as rich/creamy as I preferred. Food is ready fairly quick, though I did go later then lunch time, so not sure if it take long when they are busier at meal time. The place is clean and service is good. As one of the few ramen place in the area with Japanese food. It is worth coming back for. Edit: also tried their jalapeno popper. Pretty good appetizer, one issue is that some bite could be quite spicy.
It’s my favorite restaurant! The sushi is so good and fresh I always get the lunch special since it’s such a good deal I also love their ramen. The staff is very nice and I’m coming so often they’ve already remembered me and my usual orders

Photos outside looked appetizing so we went straight in. Sure glad we did! Service is quick and friendly, we were greeted with smiles and seated right away. Spacious and clean inside. Ordered the Ma-Yu Ramen and Unagi Don which comes with miso soup. Both delicious and beautifully presented. Chashu are thick and savory, the broth is perfect and not too salty. The care and attention to making these fine dishes are obvious. We love it and highly recommend. Instant favorite!!
Enjoyed the lunch specials with my sister and her family. Very nice place in downtown Newark Delaware. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our first time in Newark and we picked this restaurant based on existing reviews.
This gem of a restaurant is a great place to grab a quick bite. Great options for people with special dietary needs. The food is fresh and so very flavorful. The ramen is hot and has so many unique options. Don't worry about not making the right dinner choice you can't go wrong. Great atmosphere as well and super customer service.
The tonkotsu ramen is create! Really rich pork broth, and the toppings are tasty! The soy soft boiled eggs in particular are nice!
